Assassin's Creed: Unity - Dead Kings DLC Release & Trailer

Ubisoft announces release deadline DLC (Downloadable Content) for Assassins Creed Unity: January 13 will be released for PC and Xbox One and January 14 will be PS4. Ubisoft offers the free upgrade package as compensation for the catastrophic launch of AC Unity and also promises Season Pass buyers a free game. Since the end of December, The Crew, Watchdogs, Far Cry 4, AC Black Flag, Rayman Legends and Just Dance 2017 are available. The Dead Kings DLC is intended to be available to all players free of charge as add-ons in the Xbox Marketplace, Playstation Store, Uplay or Steam.

According to Ubisoft, Dead Kings is the most gloomy campaign in the history of Assassin's Creed. The story goes back to the end of the main story and takes Arno to the city of Saint Denis in 1794. There the Assassin sneaks through the city's catacombs, finds retirements of French kings, and hits the secret organization of the looters. The free DLC provides new armor and weapons, such as the guillotine gun, numerous side quests, multiplayer missions, and puzzles, as well as new open-world activities.

Since the fourth AC Unity patch, the situation around the Ubisoft game has clearly calmed down: The current update is supposed to have fixed the worst bugs and delivered slight performance improvements. Previously, many players complained about crashes and lost savegames in Assassin's Creed Unity, as well as connection problems to the co-op mode and the Companion app. Ubisoft is constantly working on the performance and stability of Assassin's Creed Unity and promises further improvements.
