Olympus OM-D E-M1 - New Micro-Four-Thirds camera dipped

The rumor pages Photorumors.com, 4/3rumors.com and others report that on the US engineering portal Engadget was briefly a “hands-on” video to a new system camera Olympus OM-D E-M1 to see and shows some Pictures and info from the deleted video.


The OM-D E-M1 is similar to the classic SLR style of the E-M5 but has a more compact and rounded shape. A pronounced grip promises a better grip. No information is available on the bayonet. Whether the E-M1 is a bridge presented by Olympus some time ago to the use of Four Thirds lenses without restriction for example at autofocus at Micro Four Thirds cameras is still open. This allows the E-M1 to play the successor role for the Four Thirds top model E-5.
