Dell: New all-in-one systems from the OptiPlex series

The cable harness on the desk has come to an end thanks to the two new and space-saving all-in-one desktops of the OptiPlex range from Dell. Equipped with an optional touchscreen, the navigation can also be done without a mouse.

Both systems offer a combination of high security, easy management and reliability. The innovations are suitable for the modernization of modern workplaces, but also for use in classrooms.


Dell OptiPlex 9030 All-in-One


This all-in-one PC brings reliable tools and all the basic features. This makes it a flexible solution for any office environment. The OptiPlex 3030 is ideal for use at info terminals and check-in services, but also for digital signage.


The all-in-one PC has a slim, slim and tidy chassis with Intel's fourth-generation (Haswell) processors and an optimal touch screen. Dell supplies the OptiPlex 3030 with Windows 7, 8.1 or Ubuntu.


The 19.5-inch LCD glass display resolves with 1,600 x 900 points. For extra security, the lockable port cover, lock-slot support and access to the data protection solutions from Dell provide. This includes the Protected Workspace, which provides malware protection.


According to Dell, the OptiPlex 3030 is the first all-in-one to have UL Environment certification for a closed plastic recycling chain. It is also available with different mass storage types and sizes. These include SSDs and hybrid storage drives.


The Dell OptiPlex 9030 provides comprehensive encryption, authentication, and advanced malware prevention from a single source. The OptiPlex 9030 features a 23-inch display and an Intel Core i5 or i7 quad-core processor with integrated HD graphics. Dell offers a discreet graphic solution. With the new slim design and the rotatable screen with dual monitor function, it is Dell's thinnest All-in-One.


The full HD webcam, a universal headset and a full Microsoft Lync certification for working with collaboration tools are ideal for worldwide video conferencing. The Dell ProSupport with 24-hour support worldwide is also part of the OptiPlex 9030 package.


The OptiPlex 3030 is now available for around 570 euros and the OptiPlex 9030 is available from about 880 euros - both offers plus VAT and shipping.
