Windows 10: This brings the update of the Technical Preview

Microsoft distributes Windows 10 Technical Preview called Alpha version free to Windows fans. For productive use Windows 10 is definitely not yet. Specifically "Build 9860" (version number) was so unstable that Microsoft was forced to make an extraordinary bug fix.
