HP introduces new notebooks of the PC portfolio

HP presents three new notebooks at the beginning of the summer. The models with 360-degree touch-screen (convertible) and the Chromebook are intended to allow users to choose between different operating systems. Depending on the display position, the Convertible notebooks serve as tablets or notebooks.

HP Envy x360

From July 2017 the HP Envy x360 will be available for 699 euros. Its 15.6-inch display (Full-HD) works with a 10-point multi-touch technology. By flipping the user can also use the HP Envy x360 as a tablet. The Convertible has 8 GB of memory and a 1-TB hard drive. The Intel Core i5-4210U processor with integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 is used with the Envy x360 with Windows 8.1 and Beats Audio.

HP Pavilion x360

The HP Pavilion x360 has an 8 GB memory and a 500 GB hard disk with preinstalled Windows 8.1 installed. Like the Envy x360, the notebook has a touch-sensitive 360-degree display. However, the screen on the HP Pavilion x360 is slightly smaller (13.3 inches). The HP notebook, which is equipped with an Intel Core i3-4030U processor and Beats Audio, will be available in July for 599 euros.

HP Chromebooks

HP's notebook portfolio also complements the HP Chromebook with Google Chrome and 11.6-inch display. Towards the end of the summer, the white laptop is available for around 279 euros in retail. The Chromebook is optionally available with an Intel Celeron 2955U processor or a Samsung Exynos 5 Dual (1.7 GHz) processor as well as a 16 or 32 GB SSD. It also has a UMTS module and 100 GB of Google Drive storage.
