The freeware tool GParted Live (Download) is not quite as comfortable, but the user has full control over the partitions to be copied. GParted (short for “GNOME PARTITION EDITOR”) is originally a powerful partitioning tool for all file systems, but it can also copy partitions and clone whole disks.
How to clone a partition using GParted
With GParted Live, there is the bootable Linux system tool in the form of an ISO file that you can either burn to CD or DVD or to install it on a USB stick

Note: GParted does not list any Windows drive letters, but uses the usual Linux nomenclature (sda1, sda2, sdb1, etc.). You should definitely check out in Windows before, which partitions, which size, so that you can assign your part correctly.
