Android TV box from in-akustik

Google’s Android operating system, which is actually known by smartphones, is increasingly conquering other device generations. More and more TV boxes, which make some old TVs smoother, transport the learning software onto the market. In-akustik makes its debut with the “Premium TV Box”, which enables apps and services to be used on a large screen.

As is the case with smartphones and tablets, it is possible to download the apps that are suitable for Android from the Google Play Store. Games, news services, Facebook or videos from YouTube are on offer. On reception one goes with the box via WLAN. Via this route the box also contacts a possible home server or the PC in the office in order to bring stored photos, music and films to the big screen.

Good sound is also ensured. An external music system is linked via digital optical or analogue audio output. Two USB sockets as well as an SD and MMC card reader are available as additional interfaces. Who rather than via radio rather via cable to the home network latches, this can accomplish by LAN. The box connects to the TV via HDMI.

The premium TV box from in-akustik costs 179 euros.
