Tip 1: Faster sorting – The Conversations view helps to sort and manage mail more quickly.
The Conversations feature makes Outlook merge messages with the same subject to a conversation. So the inbox remains clearer and the time for searching is shorter. Operations such as deleting can apply the program to the entire conversation. The feature can be turned on and off in the View tab of the Show as entertainments option.
Since the entertainment function only looks very simply at the content of the subject line, it falsely grouped such e-mails, which although the identical subject like meeting "on Saturday?" But have nothing else to do with one another. In these cases, it can be turned off again.
