Excel: Print table to a page - Office Tip

You can use the settings in the print area to specify that the content is only printed on one page

To print an entire table, or parts of it, to exactly one page in Excel 2010/13/16, follow these steps. If you want to print only certain parts of a table, specify a table space before printing. To do this, activate the Page Layout tab. In your table, select the area you want to print. Then, in the Page Setup group, click the Print Range, Define Print Range. Only this area is now printed.

If the expression does not match any page, select the File tab and the Print command. On the menu, click the No Scaling command, and then display the page on a page.

To cancel the print area, use the Print Area icon on the Page Layout tab to select the Unfreeze command.
